"Thats why you have to adjust onto a cheap core build which goes for spirit of the spectral wraith, defense and CDR first. kindlegem and glacial shroud help wonders here. Y, I know, Morde has no mana, but the problem is, there is no goddamn item which gives good armor+CDR without mana...

"Instead of giving him a slow, you could also give him more movement speed the stronger his shield is or something like that. I don't think a slow would fit the theme of mordekaiser at all."

"Well, the actual opposite of the item with a similar direction is entropy from the other maps. It actually gives good AD and allows you to trade, even better with the true damage. The only problem is, I can't see why tanky guys should use this because with that low defense.
