"I would still say that frozen mallet should slow AS aswell, this way, it can compete with randuin's omen. And give it a different version of phage.

"If you want mobility, most of the time zephyr+boots of swiftness is a good combo if your champ can make any use out of the AD, AS and CDR. Well, rather hard to find one for that, but the AS has actually potential on champs which normally don't get AS in order to push towers."
