"Maybe let reckless swing deal a type of % true dmg? Either let it increase the less HP the enemy has or just make it based onto max HP. Would help him in the current meta very much. The cost could be then % current hp."

"The highest damage for a champ has AD Master Yi. Combine that with a good amount of lifesteal and you got the strongest 1vs1 in the game, unless you get cc-locked, blinded or the enemy has dodge."
