"Force of nature is a must have on dr. mundo It increases his regen drastically (~7-8 more HP per second, PER SECOND), it gives him ms which is combined with sadism just godlike and the magicresist is the highest in the game.

"Well, atma's is just the most cost efficient way to combine armor, crit and damge, no matter what. And in my build, dr. mundo needs exactly this."

atma's impaler,phantom dancer,warmog's armor,frozen mallet,force of nature,randuin's omen.
Very tanky, 50% crit, high AS and 300+ DMG."

"Well, he has some items which work well (duffmog's, wit's end, heart of gold/randuin's omen, maybe even sunfire cape, force of nature), but he is limited, because he can't use trinity force very well(maybe try frozen mallet?), uses no mana and wants as much HP as possible"
