Posted a Comment: May 8th, 2013 "Actually, Frozen Mallet gives more AD than Warmog's with Atma's (25,5 more), so it is definitly a better pickup. You just loose 300 HP but for that gain a permanent slow which can be the death of an ad-carry."

Every champ which has no shit base MS and has either a base MS steroid or you get an item with MS on, you can use this and say gtfo boots. All the masteries help very much in the lane, too. With EXP"

BTW: After my calculation, last whisper is better damage wise than the black cleaver in nearly every situation. You are also only single target, so you can't spread it onto every champ."
