"You know, AP Soraka can be a good counterpick to meele ad champs, as her heal gives armor, her starcall does imense dmg if stacked up and then infuse does also great damage. But you would need a ton of mana regen, I would say tear is a must."

My experience with it says max W first as you can never kill him if he is any good. You then need the sustain of W to be at the same level as him and resist his ice blast."
