"Well, you note that his 2 main abilities are delayed and have a rather low full effect aoe? It is very hard to hit them correctly. Especially if you want to hit multiple people."

"The one of rammus is way stronger aswell. He gains bonus armor and mr and his defensive ball curl also deals more damage. And why shouldn't sion jungle fast, as he is a farm jungler? If you see, Ancient Golem has a base AD of 70, that would be just 10.5 return."
