BTW: When they buff Sion's base and per level attack speed? He has one of the worst of all champs in the game."

Atma's Impaler needs a buff
I think you agree that atma's impaler is actually not worth it on any champ and needs a buff. I think, the easiest way to bring it back would be to increase the passive to 1,75%. This way, 4000...
