"What? Damage is not usefull on singed? WTF? singed is like amumu a tank, that deals high damage because of special builds. And he should abuse this, not buy 100% tank and then deal no dmg. Also, the spellvamp in this guide would be useless without damage."

"It gives him HP, mana and like 170 AP. Also, he stacks it faster than any other champ. It is basically a rod of ages more oriented onto AP than HP. In combination with rod of ages it unleashes its full power."
