So, this is a pretty nice thing started at the League of Legends forum, mobafire should also do this.
For me singed now lays down shrooms while teemo gets in drunken ragemode.

"empowered bulwark gives you 1000 HP with the right build. Probelm?
I would say it is one of the best passives because it allows more unique builds."

tear of the goddess on singed is stacked in ~12 minutes.
Seraph's embrace gives 1000 Mana, means 250 HP
Seraph's embrace gives with strength of spirit 7,5 HP regen per 5 "
