"I tried once to replace Crit with increased dmg on AA, which would work very well. For phage, warden's mail, etc., you could just lower the effect but make it happen anytime."

"At the first moment I read about P and W I thought about meele twitch, well, that combined with a better garen-spin and a waay better ultimate makes him a big threat. He also has a gap closer.
I think, this should show all people that garen needs a rework."
