Ryze, I am now more powerfull
Since the rework of ryze, two of his spells aren't skilled anytime. I would want to change that.

Nunu has hybrid champ?
What about building nunu as hybrid champ? I think, because of his as and ms steroid blood boil, his selfheal through consume, and a great gap closer with his Ice Blast.
