"You should read Searz Rune Guide. You only should use primary runes. Means Armorpen, Armor/Dodge/HP/lvl, CDR/MR/lvl, and Armorpen/AD Quints.
Also, if you care about your mana, you don't need mana potions. They only give you 100 Mana, a bit of a waste.
Heal is a bad summoner spell. Please, no!
