"Well, this build lacks of HP, so Rylais makes that problem obsolete. Also it slows the enemy's even more and gives some AP. Any Nunu needs some AP."

"Well, it depends onto the champ you play. If your champ has good ad-ratios (e.g. caitlyn, ashe) or already enough AS through abilities(tristana), you should get more AD. But if your champ doesn't do that or needs even more AS for one ability(Vayne), then you should go for more AS."
