"Well, and I prefer flat MR, for more lane power.
I would say flat MR against Magical Dmg in lane and MR per lvl against Physical Dmg in lane.

"Well, I think madred's bloodrazor is better against tanky dps/tanks and Infinity Edge is better against carry's/squashy's. Since the current metagame is about tanky dps, madred's bloodrazor is better."
