"Youmuu's and brutalizer stack. They give you cdr, ad and armorpen at the same time. And Brutalizer is very cheap.
I would personally NEVER buy a stack item, it is a very big gamble and whoever gambles, loses."

"For Jungling:
Start with Vampiric Scepter and at wraiths. This route is way more sustain and you don't have to rely on lucky crits. You could also Greater Mark of Alacrity to improve that.
For The Bloodthirster:
I would buy Hextech Gunblade instead of The Bloodthirster, "
