"Urgot is a great pick for top, and he can also go mid and bot. I do play him fairly frequently and I eventually plan to write a guide for him or something. S3 really buffed him a lot since he doesn't have manamune sitting around in his inventory any more, he can kite tons better with the boot upgrad"

"AS isn't really all that viable if it doesn't provide something else to him like Wit's does. It's best to go AP tanky with like, some AP and lots of resistances. Bulwark is good. I don't think he's -that- viable though since he doesn't provide a lot of teamfighting like AD WW does.
