"I've actually seen AP Teemo do really well against common tops with just a Nashor's tooth. From what i've seen early game it allows him to take advantage of shroom damage, 1v1 any AD, and splitpush very safely. Maybe that's just what i've seen though, since I rarely play against/with Teemo in genera"
