"Olaf changes actually seem pretty good. It was a bit of a ninja nerf since you have to build some ad instead of just full tank to get the same effects, and damage reduc was better.
Shen nerfs are good.

"Yeah, I'm talking about post rework (which is now on PBE).
The proc is nice for squishies, but I find a simple Q > E > Pick up Axe > Q > E does plenty of damage since they should be focused anyways.
But yeah, pretty good rework.
