You can buy any 1k Quint + 205 Marks/Glyphs/Seals, but you can't buy 1k quint + 410 Marks/Seals/Glyphs with the rest being 205"

Also Ahri is not a hard mid unless she's super aggressive, but most Ahri's aren't, and she doesn't have the mana to keep spamming Q at you. Also just dodging Q takes away pretty well all of her damage.
I find Sion counters Ahri quite nicely :o
