All you need is HoG and Philo stone, and don't get caught with 1hp. Stun him when he ults and the rest is history. Hell even if you don't stun him when he ults you're probably fine."

If you do lane I highly suggest you try counter building vs your opponents (eg lots of armor vs Garen, lots of MR vs malzahar). In any case you should always level up E first whether laning or not!
