Posted a Comment: Dec 3rd, 2011 "afladffldjf those Runes. Flat HP seals are ALWAYS bad. If you want health in the jungle, use HP quints, because 1 quint = 9 flat hp seals. Per level glyphs are also better then flat cdr glyphs. Getting 10% extra armor pen and then grabbing flat arpen runes and the masteries is a big nono. "
