You can't shut him down in lane cause of his stun (which completely protects him against ganks) and he 1 shots the AD Carry while you can't do anything to him in return thanks to stun.
Cleanse/QSS/Zhonya's is the only defense against him, and those are both a waste of Summoner spells ("

"tbh Jarvan is still good, although he has been nerfed. He just needs a higher skill cap now then when he used to and can't jungle as well.
I think the only solo top who does more damage then him and is just as tanky is Jax, who doesn't contribute as much to the team."
