"I've never actually tried Triforce on Olaf yet,
but:
1) it gives movespeed, which is key for olaf
2) still has a pretty good slow
3) still does give a fair amount of health
4) increases his damage output tons in midgame
And hp stacking olafs are very scary, which is why you go something "
