"Theoretically speaking a Soraka with full stacks on Starcall can reduce your MR by 180.
Kogmaw can do it to 85, Amu 95.
And Trundle can reduce their MR by 90% with a VS + Ult.

"Cloak and Dagger might be really good early/mid game now. Even if the stats don't get buffed (wish they would though) it would be pretty good since ad carries could go BG's and just get a BV for MR."
