I think you should go for another hextech instead of Bloodthirster (more damage when not stacked up, more ap, more lifesteal, more spellvamp) and hell, even if you lose 25 AD against a fully stacked BT, you gain more then you lose for 600 gold. Fuck...why wouldn't you like it?
