"Yes there are stronger champs then Jax...but fucking runed Jax just...he does so much damage early game. It's ridiculous. I've played against Considereth when he plays Jax and early he's fucking scary even if you play tank. He could also have 5k health and great damage too. I had a build around some"

"Exactly. ArPen IS useful. ArPen Runes are the most damaging runes in the game for AD Carries. More so then crit, and defenitely AS. AS is generally only useful for junglers. But ArPen does more damage then AS anyday.

"You want to buy Black Cleaver and Starks because you will do tons more damage with your w. 50 ArP is a lot, and with Stark's, BC, YoYo's & your W, and ArP marks and Quints are really good too. Then just lifesteal or crit."
