Posted a Comment: "Flats are used to minimize damage from jungle mobs and for any fighting that you will most likely do in the jungle as most people now invade diana. In the early levels the flats give you enough to fight anyone that invades you in the jungle. Scaling helps you be tankier past level 7 to fight people "

Posted a Comment: "It most definitely can work but that build tends to weigh and rely heavily on your team. If you have a duo partner that build works greats not gonna lie. If solo I tend to run runic echo with that build just to be a threat on the field. I tend to go a little bit more offensive but that build does wo"

So if you are going RoA it is beneficial if you are ahead in lane as it takes time to stack if you are behind go another build path as building RoA late takes to much time to amp up. Depending on who you are facing topside (Usually a AD person) Build zhony"

As for why I do 5 atk speed and 4 magic pen is when Jungling diana most people build early MR or they do a heavy MR page so mixed with the magic pen boots,runes and masteries any time someone decides to duel you past 6 all of their MR becomes"
