"^ Most Vaynes go Youmuu, the kiting potential is unreal. It's almost core on every assassin-ish ADC.
I've heard something akin to, rush BotRK/IE and Youmuu if you're ahead, or build Phantom Dancer later. The early-to-mid game power is its strongest point really. Especially when you go roam"
