"Aside from level 4 dragon and fast farming, what's your goal as Shyvana early? Do you try to farm for 6 then gank, or look for opportunities to countergank? Invade and destroy the enemy jungler?
Does CDR give Shyavana better "sustain" than, say, lifesteal? "

"You can go AD with CDR boots and spam Piercing Arrow for constant 500+ dmg poke. It's actually more viable imo.
For AP I believe the skilling order is W, E, Q, as E procs the W stacks much easier."
