"^ Annie's stun lasts 1.75 seconds, which is roughly 2 seconds tbh. But it's not all about that. She can kill the enemy ADC all by herself in lane because of her high base damage and good scalings. That's why people rank her so high; she isn't really a support, but a wolf amongst sheep.

"Targon's Brace start is IMO still the best for Leona (health, health regen, heal passive for ADC).
By the way, why do people activate W before E? It reveals obviously their intentions, but also possibly(!) wastes some of the extra tankiness duration.
Eclipse maxed first. Check. Runes. "

"I like Targon's Brace on Leona for 3 reasons:
1) Stats are excellent early
2) Allows you to heal your carry
3) Is more gold efficient early than Ancient Coin
But it's a really niche pick, and grants less gold as game goes on.
