If they just play passive and farm without poking or anything, you have almost no impact as you will never have prio, and will lose drag or roams to the enemy mid. For diana, its just dodging her q"

Always protobelt or spellbinder depending on the build you want to play with. Dodge his e, trade when his q is down and its not that hard to beat him. "
