Finally got everything redownloaded, new mods and such. So here's Jayce 2.0. He now only uses Destruction magic, Alteration, Shields and swords. A little bit of stealth mage thrown in there for good measure.

I believe there is an internal cooldown on that mastery stacking, but yes, outside of that every hit from the spells will proc it.
