"You guys are missing the point of braum. He doesn't need to deal more damage. He's designed to redirect damage to himself and soak it up.
Think of it in simple maths;
ADC + Normal support damage = 2
ADC + Braum damage = 1.5
Enemy support and ADC damage divided by Braum = 1
