"If you want to harass more than all in, E maxing first is better.
Also, unless you are invading you should always start with E for level 1 trades. Ignite is better than exhaust in almost all cases at the moment. Time will tell if this changes when Exhaust gets buffed.

"If you wanna carry as a support just pick up Leona and Morgana. Leo is braindead easy to get early kills with and can snowball bot lane uncontrollably, and Morgana counters Leona, and has the luxury of building AP if fed, making her a second damage dealer. Also her shield is borderli"

"I do too, kinda. But it's one of those things were most of the scouts that would care, (Like Vyn) don't because the system is innately flawed. So we sit here with scout points meaning virtually nothing. :/"
