Even if taric wins lane, he doesnt scale well (as a damage dealer, due to his now almost entirely defensive scalings), and therefore using him as a top lane often hurts your team's overall damage potential. I could use Renekton for better early game r"

Posted a Comment: Dec 5th, 2013 "I've tried it. The summoner spell cooldown is the only thing I like from utility. I dont feel like it outweighs the extra damage in lane, or anything from the defense tree. Utility has way too many filler points that arent exactly helpful."
