"Corki is more siege mode, imo as AP. Also, actual numbers aside, AP Corki outclasses them at laning. Better base values, better and cheaper waveclear, is far safer. etc."

"Difference being that Corki is far easier to play, has far better cooldowns for Lichbane procs, and even less mana intensive. He kinda outclasses AP kog, and even Ez at every turn."
