"It's pretty bad. TBH, Lucian plays more or less like an AD caster carry, much like Graves. AS isn't as good on him as you'd think, and his AD ratios are very high. Rush The Bloodthirster, grab a Last Whisper, and then worry about attack speed. Also, why would you ever buy a chalice/grail"
