"I agree with moon. Plus he's supposed be a damned tank. Riot should reward him, within his role, for building like the niche tank he is. Some tweaks to make his job initiating would be nice too, but really, he shouldnt have to build like a mage to be relevant."

Removed any referrence to Runic Bulwark (Goodnight sweet prince.)
Swapped armor quins for health quints as suggested by Vyn.
Removed Q&A as it wasnt exactly obvious they were supposed to be jokes.
