"AD on-hit teemo actually can kinda team fight. He atleast wont get blown up instantly in a fight. AP Teemo pretty much relies on people stepping on shrooms and gets gibbed immediately. sure hes scarier in a 1v1 situation, but anymore than 1 person will kill him so easily.."
