Leona is too hit or miss to be T1.

"His base MS sucks. Lmao. However, his ability range is high and he has a dash. He's about the same mobility as Graves. Free movement on his ult is also a nice touch."

The Black Cleaver is fine on MF due to her ult. I agree the item sequence is a bit effed up though. I'd go BT bruta, PD BC, then defensive item, LW/IE last"

"Lee Sin is weird. I still feel like he dominates lane and early game as a jungler, but he's deadweight as anything other than a utility bruiser late game. Not sure if that should affect his placement, but to me anything that stomps lane and can roam well is amazing for silver/gold.
