"She's balanced now, she was broken as hell before and they nerfed her (she deserved it). That killed off a majority of people playing her for "free elo", and I've only seen people playing her who actually, you know... PLAY her. She's still scary as shit when she gets kills unchecked."

With the new changes live to Quinn, I'd like to revisit her, as she's super fun to play, but my question is... do you think she should still got bot as an AD carry? I was thinking the changes...
