"Jesus, Volibear now at jungling tier 1? Like I knew him being played professionally made him more popular, but what about all his perceived problems like kiting and poor late game scaling? I thought he'd get to tier 3 sure but this is insane. Do people just not know how to deal with him?

As for Thresh; He actually makes a decent ranged bruiser that scales well off AS. He's pretty solid after laning phase.
