"Very true. I think I had a moment of stupidity when making that particular build. Honestly, haven't been much a fan of support Taric since the changes and I usually play him mid or jungle now."

Need help with streaming
So I'm trying to set up a stream here, and when I view it it freezes every 3-4 seconds for a second or two. I've tried messing with every setting on OBS and nothing seems to help

"Well yes and no.
For the average player, Viktor would never max a tear quickly.
But I run some weird ass utility mastery page and spam Power Transfer on creeps like a mad man. I usually get it done at around 25 minutes. Spell vamp sucks on everything but his Q cause everythign else is "

"His R sounds like a badass version of Nami's Aqua Prison. His E sounds counter-intuitive as it causes him potentially more harm than help. other than that, pretty average abilities. Not bad for a first try but still a little on the unoriginal side. :p"
