"Yea, he's basically fine against anything that can't instantly kill him before lvl 6. And he has the option of starting with a ward now for the early safety he lacked in S2.

"Get Magic pen. They may auto attack but a majority of their damage is still magical. Hybrid marks arent that great, save for some rare gem characters like Kayle or Jax who actually build hybrid at times.

Another interesting build I thought of for him is to go AD on-hits with Static Shiv and BORK instead of his normal Wits end magic pen build."
