Seems to me the only true ADC that can make real use of it is Kog'maw.
Otherwise I see it on on-hit AP characters like Teemo.
Yea... not many are really using it.

Random topic kinda, but does anyone else give certain champions nick names?
Like I have some pretty random nicknames for a few:
