"There's absolutely no point in charging Piercing Arrow unless you're running poke comp, normally you fire it immediately to proc Blighted Quiver. And yea I do max E from time to time. It's definately better than Q max."

"Varus is pretty flexible. Q Max is best poke. Max W for farm/dps lane. Maxing E is best for maximum control. I'd say maxing W is the best though because it's his main damage source as far as I'm concerned."

"He's mana intense if you max Q. I hate poke lane and charging Q drops his DPS so I max W which means better farming and committed fighting DPS. W max Varus barely uses mana ever."
