"Yea, she wants to gank and cant clear a wave well. Another reason I prefer to jungle her.
I mostly just like to use her full utility, and I feel like she loses a lot of it acting as "AP carry"."

We've stated a few times around here and other threads she gets mauled by other casters for lacking an ult and shes designed to wittle an enemy down and suddely kill them, not burst, like most mid casters.

"An alternative suggestion. What if certain summoner spells were locked out for certain champions?
IE; [{Flash not being available to champions with high mobility/gapclosers.

"Even being as safe as you can be, being a ranged character with no mobility would get you killed by the likes of Pantheon or anyone else with a targeted gap closer.
I agree that flash is annoyingly core on most champions, but taking it out of the game entirely would be so weird.
