"Well most true mids need AP/Mana regen or something of the sort. Unless you wanna play Galio who does well with a defensive page as he is a tank."

"Sejuani is supposed to jungle, if you want a good reliable mid, I'd go with Ahri, her skillshots are a bit to get used to, but she holds up well against most mids.
Thought you would have to buy some Potency quints and force glyphs or something for her.
