How to fix Volibear
I think it's pretty obvious by now that Volibear... simply isn't very good. Despite what Riot sets as his tags, he's not really a tank (He's a bulky DPS) and he sucks at jungling....

"I just build her as a bruiser... I feel like she must have Frozen Mallet to make up for her lack of CC. But then, most melee carries are built bruiser. Why are melee carries bad? They are melee. Explains why GP is always a Tankplank, Yi is usually AP, and no one cares about tryndamere."
